There are few things more delicious than a good sprinkle cookie. I’ve been trying to perfect my at-home version of the bakery classic for a while now. I think I’ve finally gotten it down, and they’re so easy!
– 1 package white or funfetti cake mix
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 cup oil
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Roll the dough in the sprinkles. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
